Location was on the outskirts of Queenstown, which made access by car so much easier. Grocery store, bus stop and services nearby. Loved dishwasher and laundry in the room. Big space, modern and comfortable. Parking tight, but available. Great coffee maker, heated floors, great bed and shower. We would definitely come back.

The property is in a vineyard and most rooms oversee a nice grape + tree + lake view. I stayed at Aoraki suite which is very spacious, clean and comfortable. There is daily complimentary cheese board - minibar, chips and a bottle of rose are also complimentary. I tried the “Trust the Chef” dinner at the estate which is very good. Quality food plus reasonably priced wine pairing / wine menu. Breakfast was good - continental plus a la carte. Last but not least, at the retreat suite there is a very nice lobby, infinity pool and hot tub.

This comfortable guesthouse was perfectly positioned in Queenstown yet still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was lovely and quite generous, the never-ending lolly bar was very welcome as was the free mini bar but the highlight was afternoon drinks - such a lovely opportunity to meet fellow guests over a wine or beer and delicious snacks. We liked it so much we reserved a table for our second night and the lively Vanessa was equally attentive.     Queenstown is absolutely amazing with awesome views reasonable accommodation pricing depending what you’re taste is as were the grocery stores had everything we needed easy getting around close to airport (about 5mins) wish we had stayed longer we flew in and out definitely a place we will be coming back to flipping through our apartments magazine there are heaps of things to do in Queenstown it would have to be the most beautiful part of the world that I’ve ever seen

    We loved Queestown, we were very lucky to see snow fall early hours of the morning from the comfort of our bed. We went in the gondola and when we got to the top we were lucky again to have the snow fall on us. One word for Queenstown... breath taking!

    It was our second visit and we stayed for two nights. The history, ambience, restaurants and cafes, architecture, layout and lack of fast food outlets makes Arrowtown so special. We will be back. So much to see, do and experience! The autumn trees and the parks are stunning.
