Josefina's is a Happy place, run by members of the same extended family, so it has a Very comfortable vibe. It's 1 block above Main Street, in a really quiet and perfect location, in the center of town. We kept extending our stay we liked it so much. Go snorkeling at Siete Pecados Marine Park, it's world class, right next to town.

*The location of this Hotel was peaceful and it's in between Coron Proper and Busuanga. *The room that we have was Mountain View, if you are a morning person you'll be able to see the sunrise from your balcony. Take note: all of the rooms have balcony ☺️ *This hotel offers, ♥️Tours (Calamian Island Travel and Tours) and you'll just need to tell the front desk which tour you want to have and they're going to book it for you. ♥️ Massage - for only 750 (15 USD) you can have they're 1 hour massage. Our masseuse was Ms. Joy. ♥️ Food - we availed a room with breakfast (breakfast time 6:00 am to 10 am) they offer American breakfast and Filipino breakfast (silog meals) we have tried everything in the menu so YES every food that they're going to serve was perfect ☺️ ♥️ Motorcycle Rentals - YES they also offer this rentals. 4 hours to 24 hours it's your choice, ranging 400 (8 USD) upto 650 (13 USD) if you need to add fuel I suggest you need to fill up to the nearest gasoline station from the hotel and not to the coron proper. ♥️ Pool - if you just want to relax for a day they have pool upto 5 feet deep. You'll feel that you rented the whole pool because most of the guests are having their tour so you can enjoy it alone 😉 best time to go 4pm. ♥️ STAFFS - THEY ARE SO FRIENDLY AND APPROACHABLE! Ms. Josephine, Ms. Cielo and Macky you can see them in front desk they'll help you in everything that you need. Mr. Michael and Mark in the restobar.     10++ Excellent Resort on its own private island. Transfer including boat is included to the island. Nice beach with sunbeds and kubo. Snorkeling diving equipment and kayaks are available to borrow. Nice pool and children's pool with snack bar. Two restaurants with excellent buffer dishes with elements of international dishes. A la carte is also available. Pleasant and helpful staff. Quiet and nice place without wandering vendors. There was a bit of construction going on, but it wasn't noticeable. Excellent place to take it easy and relax and just enjoy.

    The service was definitely exceptional! Would definitely come back and book with the same resort. Calling for tricycles and shuttle service was convenient. Moreso, for the tours if booked with the resort since they provide you with the towels as well. Our room was upgraded and it was such a perfect view of the entire hotel. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well and was very much worth the price! I really enjoyed my stay here. Will surely recommend this place to others.

    The attention provided by the staff is flawless, and everything is very well organised. As I was badly sunburnt to my legs and could only walked painfully, the ladies at the reception sent someone to the drugstore for me. The restaurant is also very good, especially when the Filipino dishes are concerned.

    The calamian group of islands of which Coron is part of, is...

    The calamian group of islands of which Coron is part of, is beautiful. And I hope all the measures to keep it pristine and unlittered will be successful always. There are many breathtaking sights. You would need a sizable budget though to be able to enjoy the boat tours which are wonderful. If you have the time, visit Culion. It is historical (a UNESCO site), and while the places to see could do a little tidying up, nevertheless, the history of that place invites reflection and inspires--many heroic people lived on that island. Kudos to the religious who have kept the place going since it was first established. The Culion museum should be your first stop.

    If you're looking for a beautiful tropical island to visit,...

    If you're looking for a beautiful tropical island to visit, put this one on your list. It's relatively uncrowded, the people are very pleasant and the vistas are jaw dropping. If you are a diver, and have an interest in WWII, you will find an incredible 11 Japanese wrecks to dive. I'd recommend Pirate Divers, they are very professional and very conservative when it comes to evaluating risks. They also know the wrecks like their second home. Coron is a bustling town with good food and pleasant people, but the beauty of the island is the back country. I liked it enough in December that I'm returning in February. To get around, I'd suggest renting a scooter. If you are new to powered two wheel vehicles stay out of Coron, and pay attention to the roads, there are some surprisingly tight turns. Otherwise, since it is relatively uncrowded you should be fine.

    Rooms are spacious, big selection if breakfast, friendly hotel staff. Infinity pool is okay, could have a bit deeper though. The other pool is undergoing refurbishment. Island hoping are a must to do. We ate in the town where they served fresh sea food.I think its called Island boy Grill. Outside the hotel the tricycle ride are ideal to get round Coron town proper for merely 30 pesos.

    I dont know why everyone goes to crowded Coron island while huge wild beautiful Busuanga is near. Its very big island, better to rent a motorbike to discover it. A lot of things to do, islands, giraffes, diving, beaches.

    Day trips to beautiful beaches and islands is what Coron is about. The town is dirty and chaotic. And hotels are overpriced for what you get. 3 or 4 days is enough to enjoy the diving and snorkelling options which are wonderful. Lots of rubbish floating around in the ocean and on the beaches which seems to be a south east Asia problem. Over all some stunning scenery well worth visiting and exploring

    We liked Busuanga because it was relatively untouched by tourism. Where we stayed at Ocam Ocam there was a rural village community living along the beach. They were friendly and helpful and there was one restobar on the beach. The beach wasn't busy - had a very relaxed feel. It would have been a drive to the nearest town but we liked being away from it all. The beach at Ocam Ocam was gorgeous, though not for swimming as it had a long shallow reef out to the sea. We didn't see a lot of Busuanga as a whole but it felt equally relaxed and rural away from big towns.
