This place, people, design, service - everything is better than you can expect. Place is very stylish and romantic, staff is extremely helpful and nice. We asked for early breakfast as we had an early trip planned and staff organized everything for us, also helped a lot with other things. Room design and facilities are really thoughtful and stylish. Perfect for romantic trip and one of the closest hotel to Morse oko. When we arrived host greeted us with glass of champagne and made us feel like home.

Breakfast was really good, you can find everything you would expect in breakfast. Extremely fresh. Great way to start the day. The staff amazing! Really! So easy to get everything done. We got an extra time checking out and even stayed in the spa until our flight. We had an issue with the lamp, which was fixed within 30 min. You cannot get anything better. Highly recommend! Everything is super clean, the SPA really fun to be in.

A complete experience from when we checked in to the time we left. The room and facilities were excellent, everything was spotless, delicious traditional Polish breakfast. Location was great nearby to a bus stop, although we did need it, and the staff was the best, very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting.

    Large beautiful resort combines luxury hotel, thermal spa, aquapark and ski resort. You can get easily into thermal pools right from hotel area. As a hotel visitor we had unlimited access all thermal area sections. Hotel complex uses smart watch to substitute your wallet, so it is possible to leave all luxuries at room. Pools are filled with hot mineral water. There are many water attractions separated into thematic sections - no conflict between visitors who came to relax or having fun. Indoors and outdoors pools are connected with chamber. From pools is great view on Tatra mountains. Thermals are opened from 9am to 10pm, so we used them to relax after half-day hiking. We also appreciate hotel cuisine (restaurants, buffets, bars) - for that price it is a great experience. Hotel and room has natural wooden design with folk decorations. Everything comfortable, clean and calm.

    A unique, wonderfull and comfortable place! beautiful view and great design! The dome tents are beautiful and big enough. It was warm and cozy inside. I do not agree with the comments saying that it is noisy from the street. There is some noise but very little, you could hear drunk people but no cars. Delicious, big breakfast delivered straight to your door. Stuff was very nice and helpful. Close to all attractions. We had an amazing stay! Thank you! :)

    Lovely area a little way from the busy centre of Zakopane...

    Lovely area a little way from the busy centre of Zakopane although do expect a lot of traffic on the main road (wasn’t a problem though) as this is a year round holiday destination. Car parks can fill quite early especially at the weekend and be careful of cars if walking on roads where there are no paths.

    Beautiful little village/town on the foothills.

    Beautiful little village/town on the foothills. Much less crowded and touristy than Zakopane. If you don't need the buzz then Bialka is rather perfect I'd say: the trails and roads are still really close and the town has all the services and facilities you would want. Plus, it has some beautiful architecture.

    Too many tourists and too many touristic structures. The mountain completely lost its appeal: to recovery it you should go as far as you can from the villages where hotels and touristic restaurants are. And you will in all cases remain in the middle of a crowd.

    Poronin is a nice little town, far from Zakopane’s crowds so perfect for those looking for a quiet place. Zakopane is only 10 to 15 minutes drive from Poronin so it’s easy to get there entertained if needed. However, having own car in Poronin is a must as public transport is not great.

    Great location for both hiking and as a base for visiting multiple tourist attractions by car. Even if you want to visit Zakopane, it is within easy reach from Murzasichle but you do not need to spent all the time in those extreme crowds in Zakopane on popular dates.

    I would like to explore more options. 4 days wasn’t enough. Thermal baths were amazing if you like fun and spa and water jets , massage for the whole body and also thermal water which is healing for various things , nervous system and skin and so much more . Such a good relax. Food was amazing, visit Restaurant U Sliwi and some koliba restaurants in Slovakia , they make amazing food . Cheese is lovely and everything is made from wood. Thermy spa are so clean and relaxing on both Polish and Slovak side. If you go in winter there are lots of ski resorts. I would come againZ

    The village (pronounced Ma-weh Chi-Ho for English speakers)...

    The village (pronounced Ma-weh Chi-Ho for English speakers) means small and quiet in Polish and is a pleasant village with many rentals, but do make sure you catch it in the summer season (mid-September was too late for us, and most establishments were closed), or in the winter season if there is snow. The skiing area is small and the runs are all blue. The SkyWalk tower built on a small mountain above the village is a novel construction, and offers wonderful views of the valley and the Tatra mountains. It offers unique experiences, like walking on a semi-rigid plastic net, or standing on thick glass flooring 50 meters above the ground. Two metal tubes offer an exciting and rapid descent to the ground, while sitting on a mat. It looks more scary than it in fact is. Highly recommended. Access to the tower is by walking, or taking the chairlift.

    I came here for hicking and my review is mostly for that * try to get to the trail as soon as possile. heat & and lots of ppls are yor opponents here. * Info center sells nice map with hicking routes. it absolutely worth 8zl. * double check what is the best way to get to your starting points (taxi, private bus, public transport, or a walk) * be ready that lidl/bedronka/netto in the evenings are crowded like airports. on the contrary most of them open 6:00AM (or so) * al the trails are marked. some of the really good. great part of the trails look like stone-based build staircases. thats not nice for you knees. * it worth mixing hicking days with rafting or visitd to aquaparks. I am seeing myself coming here over weeking to do 1-2 days hike, but not staying longer. Seems a bit overpriced and overcrowed to me, but ymmv.
