    Very clean, pleasant, even though it was close to centrum and road, the rooms were quite well soundproofed. I liked the bed a lot because it was with firm mattress. There was a small fridge in the room which was good on a hot summer day so you could put water in there. Room was spacious, quiet, extremely clean, peaceful and it had own pricate bathroom. Air conditioner worked very well as well as the TV if you are looking for some lil entertainment, also the Wi-fi worked surprisingly fast! There is also store called Zabka just on the corner of hotel where you can buy some snacks, drinks and even some fresh fruit & veggies. The staff was very nice and helpful if you had any questions. We only stayed for one night but if I come back to Krakow, I most definitely will come back here.

    Amazing hotel! It is designed with love, so I was curious with dozens of specific old-times details. It also means that the rooms interior is also old school-ish, but in a nice, atmospheric way. Relaxation next to the swimming pool is fantastic as the view is so nice! It has a Tuscany vibe and gives so much aesthetic pleasure. You can ask for the pool towels on reception The service is awesome! Hospitality of the stuff team makes you feel as a special guest. Moreover, I forgot my charger in the room and ladies helped me and sent it to me via the post <3 Good bonus- the hotel has a charger for electric cars!

    It’s an awesome apartment with stylish furnishing. The location is excellent: it is in the Jewish district where you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars, etc nearby. The building itself used to be part of an industrial complex which was renovated and turned into apartments - it was such a great experience to stay in a building like this! Beds were super comfortable! Directions for key pick up were also clear and the host sent us detailed information. We really liked this apartments and would 100% recommend it.

    The city of Krakow is absolutely amazing with loads of things to see and to do in the city center area. From the classic museum visits to the daily concerts performed by the The Cracow Chamber Orchestra at the St. Peter & Paul's Church. A couple of must visit items: The Underground Museum and St. Mary Cathedral and Tower. The food is also very good with some excellent restaurnt options, The Black Duck, Pod Aniolami and Morsie Oko. (just remember to make reservations)

    Near to airport but couldn’t connect with phone number for lift so had to walk there . Bit had lift back to airport 5 mins away But only took 15 mins although in pitch black of evening.     Myślenice is perfect if someone would like to visit Krakow, Wieliczka and Zakopane also. All of them is in acceptable distance by car. I recommend to visit all of them. You can find a beautiful Christmas Market, and many tourist sights in Krakow, Zakopane is like a little village from a farytale (there are many tourist), the salt mine of Wieliczka is a perfect and beautiful underground spot to visit. Myślenice is a great option to visit all of them.

    If you book this “hotel” then you do at your own risk.

    If you book this “hotel” then you do at your own risk. It’s a house not a hotel, there was a shared bathroom right next door to their bedroom! No safety outside the bedroom it’s a 20 foot drop to the floor! You don’t pay at property you are driven to a cash machine and forced to pay cash!!! There is no lights or locks on your bedroom door, it’s filthy and smells of cigarettes. But don’t complain to booking com because their policy is the worst! Stranded at the airport over night and the customer service officer was absolutely unqualified he used the phonetic alphabet to spell his name using N for Nazi instead of November bearing mind we were in Poland! Totally unacceptable and very unhelpful. My partner has a medical machine that needs to be worn and he was totally unsympathetic no offer of a hotel close by just one five miles away! Which I had to pay again for! Never use them again rubbish

    Beautiful city with old world charm. Friendly people. Lots of restaurants offering quality food and reasonable prices. And plenty of sites outside of town to visit. Salt Mine was spectacular. Our Auschwitz trip turned into a nightmare as we hadn't booked in advance (recommend at least one month prior) so we were forced to get last minute tickets. The company (Gr8Way) gave us a confirmed tour time (10AM) and pickup (8:15AM) and at the last minute changed the pickup to a very early one (6AM for a 10AM tour)! We called to cancel but they said they already purchased the tickets but found out they most likely had none. After discussing with a local taxi driver, he said they make you go early so they can purchase tickets at 7AM or so when Auschwitz opens and offers a few day tickets. Beware as we are trying to recover the money charged by the company.

A free shuttle to and from the airport is a great asset. I fully recommend this place. The only downsize for us was the no refrigerator in the room.

    Very nice small city, with all atractions/seesights near bus/train station. Absolutly amazing Salt mine and all historical buildings. Perfect connection to Krakow by train - 20 minutes 5,5 PLN for oneway ticket - bought directly in train.

    The owner communicated with me over Booking.com and provided detailed description of how to get in and out of the property. The property was clean and it had all that we needed. The only regret I have is that we didn’t stay any longer. There was a lovely patio outside and a pool and garden area with a playground for kids (which we have 3). The lady who owns the properties was so lovely when I called her at 23:00 panicking about a taxi to the airport (when 2 companies cancelled on me). She said she would help give us a lift to the airport at 3:30am. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

    Krakow was a fabulous place to visit.

    Krakow was a fabulous place to visit. Lots to do, atmosphere is really good, vibrant, Staff in bars and restaurants were very largely friendly aand helpful. Tha town is very clean, buildings well maintained and very interesting.. Tours were very good, old town tour and tipsy/tasting tour were excellant. underground bars and restaurants really atmospheric.
