Everything was perfect for our family ( with 3 children ): hot pool outside with an extraordinary view, 2 saunas, playroom, cinema, good food. The people that work there are really involved in what they are doing. You must know Dana from the massage. Anything you will ask for regarding health, you will find out. We had a fireplace in the room. We will come back there as soon as possible. It is that kind of place that you must go to again and again.

The breakfast had a lot of options , very delicious and healthy , can satisfy any specific diet. It is serve 7:00 am- 10:00 am in week days and 8-11 on Saturday / Sunday. The restaurant where we served the breakfast included in the room price , gives 10% discount for your lunch or dinner if you stay in the hotel. The staff are kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is in the center of the city , walking distance from many interesting things to see and experience in Bistrita. It was a memorable experience for me and my wife. I recommend the hotel.

I have stayed there between 13th and 16th of January 2025. I liked the location, close to Bistrita and to many other tourist attractions that are in the area( Colibita Lake, Sangeorz-Bai, Etc.). The rooms and bathrooms are really clean. The staff is very friendly and eager to help or answer all of your questions. There is parking available in front of the Hotel and if that is full you have plenty of parking spaces next to the hotel in a dedicated area. The food was good, we have arrived hungry and the staff was able to provide us with healthy and tasty food, for which we are deeply grateful. The breakfast was also good with plenty of food to choose from. All in all I really enjoyed my stay at Hoterl Poarta Transilvaniei, I will stay there in the future if the need arises and I will recommend it to other friends and family.

Great view over the spa resort! The room was very clean and soundproof, the bed was comfortable and it had a very nice terrace where we had a lovely time.
