They didn't had any electricity in the garden so we couldn't enjoy a bbq outside during our stay.. i had to buy my own things to get electricity for the house corridor into the garden which was very disappointing..we live in 2023... the staff from the restaurant was a joke. Zalau is a small but charming town, its surrounding areas...
Zalau is a small but charming town, its surrounding areas being absolutely amazing landscapes. We had a tour of the churches, very spiritual and beautifully decorated. The locally grown food is excellent, as the locally distilled plum brandy, which is no. 1 in the country. It's also close to the city of Cluj, just 2 hours drive, so this could be made into a tandem visit.Guest review byDianaBelgium
