It was the greatest resort I ever stayed at (at least till now) The breakfast buffet and restaurants are absolutely great and give a great variaty The staff is amazing and always helpful. The place is wonderful, well maintained and clean My girlfriend absolutely loved all the animals roaming around (especially the cats)

Perfect and quiet place close to the lake in a small peaceful village. New building, well decorated, everything is working and super clean. The owners are not just friendly but help you doing a delta cruise for example or anything else. Roof top terrace is great to enjoy at sunset time with a drink or dinner. Highly recomended...fish dishes! Breakfast is very nice, with changing few items every day. English...no problem! From my side I give 11 points!

The location is perfect, so beautiful and calm. The personnel is very nice, the food great. We reserved two rooms: one in the hotel with sea view and one in the bungalow. The hotel rooms are nicely decorated, modern, nice and comfortable bed, clean, the bathroom looks great and the sea view it’s just perfect. For the bungalow we liked the location and we chose it to be able to have 2 double beds and for the kids to go outside directly. Also, this room is very clean, the bathroom and the room are renovated. The only issue is that the beds are old and every time you move it makes a noise and sometimes it’s disturbing when you try to sleep with kids. Also the sofa was old and not in perfect condition. But the room was very clean and the bathroom looked great. The food at the restaurant is also very good with good variety for both adults and kids. I recommend this location and for sure we will come again in the future.

    In practice, it is the only point to organise sightseeing in the Danube Delta, a unique biosphere area listed by UNESCO. The city itself is a mix of historical monuments from various eras, communist legacy (rather frustrating), and contemporary buildings and urban planning arrangements (a nice promenade along the Danube bank in the city centre). There are also interesting museums, especially that devoted to the Danube Delta.

    We felt amasing at Lebada resort.

    We felt amasing at Lebada resort. The food was great, the guys from the lebanse restaurant have been the cutest waiters ever, the both managers had a lovely behavior, the cleaning team also very nice! But the reason why i can t give the max is the fact that the blonde supervisor lady who had a horrible behavior with the employers!! We have seen two scienes really discusting concerning her behavior! If the guys that are working there are from abroad this doesn t mean that you should treat them as they has no soul! Except this supervisor lady' behavior that really gives us a sauer taste, everything was super!!! PS: Ms. Cat boss lady, you are not God on this planet, please treat your employers with a bit more respect!

    In general, the experience in the Lower Danube is good.

    In general, the experience in the Lower Danube is good. I had a good stay, but with some small problems at the Sharaiman Guesthouse. We ate in several places in the area, less so at the guesthouse mentioned above. I highly recommend La Nicu Si Liubmila in Dunavatul de Jos and Lake View guesthouses in Sarichioi for their excellent service and fish meals.

    Sulina is one must-go-to place in the Danube delta not only...

    Sulina is one must-go-to place in the Danube delta not only because its location on the Danube banks and a few kilometers from the Black sea, but because its position to the Letea forest reserve - which was an amazing surprise to me and my family. Not the forest per se, but the wild horses in the reserve vicinity. Once you get here (actually this is why we chose Sulina over other Danube delta villages) you should not lose the opportunity to buy this 6-7 hours trip on the Danube's channels AND to the Letea "hill" (which is not a hill at all, just a steppe). The trip to that place is full of beauty and surprises and a must-see once in a lifetime. Then, the history of this - unfortunately - "forgotten" small city is very interesting and if you are lucky to meet a good guide, you cannot but sip their every word. Oh, DO NOT skip the traditional lunch in a peasant's place, "in the middle of nowhere": nothing fancy at all, but the food was so tasty! And, as opposed to my group, maybe you don't miss the cemetery: as far as I heard, this is also a must-see.

    For me it is just about the breathtaking views to the Danube, short distance to places and to the boat trips. Definitely recommend. The promenade is excellent, clean and has things to do to kids, including parks, as well as sight seeing tower with telescope to see nature and birds. You can also Fish there, but remember to get the tourist permit. Restaurants, shops and pharmacy within walking distance. Boat trips go from the same port too.

    The best thing to say about Tulcea is that it is the place to stay if you want to have a boat excursion in the Danube delta. There is nothing else of significant interest. The restaurants are ok but we struggled to find a coffee shop with a terrace. They are mostly take aways.

    Murighiol is very small, but it is the place were most of the boat trips on the Danube Delta depart from, so I think if you're coming here for the Delta, it is one of the best options for accommodation. Other than that, there's not much that you can do in Murighiol itself, but it does have 1 supermarket and a few smaller markets, we also found a good restaurant and I believe there are 2-3 other options as well.

    Beautiful landcape : the lakes and a lot of birds,especially wild geese and pelicans. Activities: you can do a lot of activities:kayak,cycling, boat trips ,you can travel by car to a lot of historical sites . Food : best fish based cuisine and excellent local wine.Very good coffee at the Bold restaurant. Cosy houses and friendly people.
