The apartment is situated on top (5th) floor and no lift/elevator available, which is not indicated in their sales introduction, and we hardly managed our luggage upto the room; shower can easily spill water out of the bathroom which is doorless but open to toilet area; towels are dark colour and rough (see picture); bedding is uncomfortable and quilt/blankets are easily messed up between inside stuff and outer cover(see picture); no napkin tissues are provided on dining table; toilet papers are limited to 2 rolls for 7 days’ stay.Guest review byYing - 10.0

Subject: Formal Request for Refund of Deposit – Accommodation Reservation To Whom It May Concern, On September 26, 2025, based on a request from the property owner, I transferred a deposit of €100 for the reservation of the accommodation titled "Pleasant apartment under the Bratislava castle". The funds were sent to the owner's bank account, as evidenced by the attached documentation. Despite repeated assurances that the deposit would be refunded, the amount has not yet been credited back to my account. I hereby formally request the immediate return of the full deposit. Should this matter not be resolved within 24 hours of receipt of this notice, I will be compelled to initiate further legal steps, including contacting the relevant authorities and pursuing the claim through legal representation. Smaller city with good amount of things to see and do. Love old town. Good shops, restaurants and nice buildings. Castle area also great, nice view, interesting history.
