A beautiful cottage with room to spare in a highly sought after tourist area. Ski fields and mountain ranges just begging to be explored right from the front door. The accommodation itself was exceptional, clean and modern. So warm and comfortable, peaceful and close to nature. Internal heating, fireplace, kitchen with everything supplied, plenty of sleeping space and multiple bathrooms that look brand new. Great for large groups too, with plenty of onsite parking. We had a warm welcome from the owner. Our room had cute furniture in a traditional slovak style. Bed materess and sheets were very comfy. Kitchen was also very well equipped, we even had a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with coffee capsules in the room. - We come to Zuberec every year during the Folklore festival on the first weekend of August. It is a lovely combination of culture and hiking. - There is a lot to do in every season - hiking, biking or skiing just to name a few. - You can also visit the museum of Orava village and cave Brestova.
