Elegent hotel so comfortable rooms are large. Staff are very helpful. Around the hotel when you turn right immediately there are lots of restaurants amd big supermarkets. Infront of the hotel also but i did not give there. Special thanks to Nicha mon from reception who guided me for supermarket and other places. “A new hotel with clean rooms. I arrived in the evening and really enjoyed the relaxing poolside atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. In the morning, I had to head to the airport and it took only about 10 minutes. Perfect place to stay and unwind before your journey.”

Not far from airport. Very friendly stuff. Good breakfast (it's a buffet breakfast with not the biggest choice of dishes, but dishes are -very- tasty and they changed them between 2 breakfasts of my stay). Also they have a gorgeous huge coffee machine making very good coffee - 5 star hotel level, I swear. Great garden around the pool, great cafe facing canal. No bugs, no mosquitoes in the room or in the yard. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms. Airport shuttle (didn't use myself it so don't know if it's free)

    So far this is the best hotel I have been staying in Bangkok! It's not crazy expensive like others, it has a free airport shuttle, room design is beautiful, it has a pool! My stay there was so perfect that I regret staying there only one night. I recommend this hotel to everyone and I sure will stay there again when in Bangkok! The stuff is the best there! Thank you guys for making my last day in Thailand a paradise!

    We already second time stay in this hotel . It very convenient for earlier check in after long flight. The beds are comfortable, room is good enough . Absolutely love it beautiful rooftop restaurant food can order till midnight and have nice bar as well . My favourite is Tom Yam . Comfortable fast transfer to the apartment it takes 15 minutes only. The staff are all very helpful and well organised.

    very near airport and Robinson Mall its in quiet area soecial if stay the day before flight home its advisable to not risk stuck in traffic. They offer shuttle for 2 persons for small price also then you sure you not taken somewhere else which could happen in public taxi. They speak english have bell boys bring and take suitcases . Its safe good aircon hot shower for us was great.

    I had to stay at the hotel because I had an early flight out to Paris the next day. They picked me up and dropped me off at the airport on time and the room was comfortable. I had to have some big boxes shipped to the hotel and they were very helpful about that.

    We had a great stay the front desk went out if their way to accommodate out late arrival 1AM. Driver was polite and helpful. Rasi at the front desk gave on the spot advise of how to get around Bonus was the breakfast and van ride to the airport.

    Very nice place to visit.

    Very nice place to visit. You can adjust your time as you like it. Calm and quiet in relaxed areas. Or you can take short rides around in Bang Phli to experince temples, zoo's, old river-city's etc. All within a short time. Absolutely recommended as a place to visit. (As all places I've visited in Thailand)

    Bang Phli is a good place to stay for the airport, about 30-40m by taxi. The shopping mall at Big C is good, but you must cross the road outside by skywalk, as this road makes Silverstone look placid - very dangerous!! Bang Phli is not near the city so don't expect to see many tourists in the area.

    Everything is easy to get to with taxi and even walking. It is a much more relaxing vibe here than in central Bangkok and just a short taxi ride to the airport. There is a few okay shopping malls there also.

    Cheap and clean but disapointing. WiFi insecure and came on next morning and off at 8am day we left. Coffee was 3 in 1 mix (coffee, creamer, sugar) doesn't allow for those who don't want creamer or sugar but at least it wasn't Nescafe! A bleak area with no restaurants just a 7/11 across a busy, fast 8 lane highway. Staff seemed disinterested

    I've always found the staff to be efficient, friendly and helpful. In fact I accidentally left two items of clothing behind in the wardrobe. Upon realising this, I called the Hotel's front desk and was met with a young lady who was more than happy to assist in recovering these items for me. Within a few days my clothes had been sent to me in Lamphun. Fantastic service...thank you Survanabhumi Ville staff for your consistent helpfulness. Van & Moo Moore

    Terrible suburb of Bangkok with nothing to see and nothing to do not even a walk. We ate at a vegan restaurant that was nice and really good but the prices don't worth the place at all! You can't cross the street without risking your life. Dirty streets, poor places, just don't go there.
