Staff ir reception desk and everywhere is professional, fast and friendly. Сheck-in to the room was very fast. Rooms are quite large and clean. Bar (refrigerator) is the room is not small. Conditioner is strong and works properly. The food in the restaurant is testy and a very good selection of dishes, including see food. Two open swimming pools on the hotel territory are very pleasant and clean. One of them is with the see water. It is necessary to note that a lot of sun umbrellas and beds are everywhere: on beach and near the swimming pools.

With a private beach, 2 outdoor swimming pools and a night club, this luxurious resort features a great location on the Mediterranean Sea. Monastir International Airport is only 16 mi away.

Dear Booking.com Team, I recently stayed at one of your listed hotels for a family vacation, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The check-in process was chaotic, with long queues and disorganized staff. Guests were handed cards to fill out without pens, which only added to the frustration. The lack of network and Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major inconvenience. The dining situation was equally problematic. Both lunch and dinner times were incredibly crowded, and the buffet food ran out quickly, leading to confrontations and long waits. Despite having an all-inclusive package, I had to eat outside the hotel on several occasions because the dining facilities were so poorly managed. This trip felt like a significant waste of money, and the overall quality of the hotel did not meet the standards I expect from your recommendations. Staff were amazing. Very patient and kind. All the staff seemed happy to be there and willing to answer any questions. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The entertainment was great. Enjoyed easy access to the beach with snacks and drinks. The pool was clean and well controlled.
