The location was super convenient, just right next to the metro station. Staff were very friendly, we received recommendations for activities in Taipei such as which night market or nearby villages to visit, thank you Luna! Very helpful and polite staff - they were all so happy and eager to help. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped, everything up to a 5 star standard. Delicious breakfast with a great variety of dishes. And best of all - I received a room upgrade!     I have to start with an unfortunate event that turned out to be very fortunate for us: we stayed in this hotel at the time of the 7.4 earthquake in early April. The event itself was absolutely scary, but looking back we were very thankful to stay at this place instead of anywhere else. The building was all moving and shaking, but there was no damage at all thanks to the construction of the building. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times. The building is beautiful, including the interior and the room! We absolutely loved the white colours in the room. The room was spacious and equipped with everything, with a nice walk in closet, an office corner and a huge bathroom (we loved the Japanese style toilet :) ). The location is great, there are two shopping malls in a walking distance, with some nice restaurants.

    Hotel is in great location, old and not clean. But i have to say staffs here are amazing. They are so nice and helpful, my car didn’t arrive when i need to go to the airport and my family has many people and luggages but staffs helped to arrange everything smoothly. The way they cared and helped us make me feel so much better and less stressful 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Highly recommend

    Great transport and easy to move around.

    Great transport and easy to move around. Based in Taipei and I took day trips such as Sun Moon Lake and the Yehliu-Shifen-Jiufen to some places of interest. Stayed 3 days at Beitou - love the hot spring bath in my hotel room and had relaxing time. Attended 3 days of silent retreat at Pingxi too.
