You have an amazing team of front desk staff. They were helpful and served with kindness. When I informed one of the front desk staff that I didn't have the right charger for the American socket, she gave me one for free, which was such a beautiful act of kindness. Thank you. My room was spacious, clean and well decorated. Clean environment and strategically located for buses (195 & 196) and train station. As well as a free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. We love visiting Helen - the food, the shopping, their events in the Festhalle. Our favorite restaurants, so far, are Bodensee and Cowboys & Angels. We've visited Helen 4 times and have yet to get into Hofer Bakery & Cafe but we've only heard wonderful things and have SEEN their amazing bakery items. If you need groceries or forgotten some favorite snack, I would highly recommend Betty's Country Store. They have a meat department, deli, fresh produce, bakery, specialty food items, wine, and gifts plus they have the largest German beer selection in GA. J’s mini hot pot is to die for and good price per person. tesco and hmart have amazing prices and items for basically anything you can think of.
