Loads of parking, fast and friendly check in, super clean room, comfortable beds and better than average free breakfast made it easy to eat and get on the road. From the moment we arrived our experience at this hotel was exceptional. We loved it so much we changed our itinerary to stay an extra night. With my work I have stayed at 5 star hotels around the world and this one is up there with the best. The interior has been designed to such a high level that you are constantly noticing new and clever touches that feel luxurious and personal to the property. We especially loved the indoor / outdoor pool . Watching deer wandering in the woods outside our window and the food in the restaurant was sublime .The staff are a real credit to the hotel with their super friendly yet professional care. It was a joy to stay here and we already can't wait to go back again . Thank you Swiftwater .

Lots of history to learn about.

Lots of history to learn about. Great museums but check to see when they’re open. We were able to visit American Revolution Museum which was excellent. But others had limited access Great restaurants. We loved staying in the Old City. Also recommend visiting the Reading Terminal where there are 80 vendors selling delicious food at reasonable prices.

Elegant city with a mixed American and European vibes. Lots of cultural events. A great delight for the art and music lovers. Also, the various museums are there which really help you understand better journey of the city of Steel.

Civil War museum was really moving and tugged at the heart strings. Visited the Doll museum and met the friendly owner, Miss Sue. A great experience. A very nice city to visit with Hershey Park not far away, the Susquahana River right there. The Weivers Lebanon bologne near Lancaster is to die for! 3 B Ice cream cones ....YUM!! Taj and Isaac at the Ruby Tuesday next door to our Hilton Harrisburg-East Hershey Hotel knew how to treat customers, great guys to know! A great place to visit and base your outings from. I'd do it again in a heart beat!!

The place was great specially for nature lover. The people looks kind. The places around Penn State are great and your College Students will definitely love the place and enjoy the surroundings. Everything was accessible. It was a nice place to stay.

Nice town but very conservative with some Trump like bigotry. Nightlife was very little and not much of an atmosphere. We went to visit Dorney Park which was the highlight of the stay and we really enjoyed it. The water park and water rides close on August 31st as a daily thing. The park then opens only at weekends for the Halloween Haunt which was amazing and well recommended. Real graveyard sets with actors playing Zombies with Halloween attractions that are full of scares. Universal Studios 'Halloween Horror Night' were not as good as this and clearly taken the whole idea from 'Six Flags' Who are the company that owns Dorney Park We also recommend the Lost River Caves. Other than that there is nothing of real interest there. The town is pretty much 1970s in its design and attitude. Next time we go to Dorney Park we shall stay in Philadelphia as it is one hour drive each way. Do not stay in Allentown if you identify yourself or any member of your group as LGBT+ as you will not feel welcome.

Gettysburg is alive with so much history.

Gettysburg is alive with so much history. The town is still small and the downtown area remains pretty much as it was during the battle and shortly after. There are many great museums, restaurants, and shops to frequent. Of course, the best part is the well preserved battlefield and the stories for those who fought and died for their country.

We traveled to the Finger Lakes from Indiana. We made overnight stops in Eire on both legs of the trip. We had meals and fueled both times. Fuel was reasonably priced. Erie is a great stop over on I-90.

Hershey is a great place to visit.

Hershey is a great place to visit. So many attractions close by...the Hershey Museum, Hershey Chocolate World, Hershey Park, the Butterfly Gardens and Botanical Gardens and more. Plus there are great places to see that are only a short drive away...Gettysburg, Lancaster, Sight and Sound Theater just to name a few.

Excellent Rooms. The pillows are soft and comfortable. The staff is kind and professional under pressure. Breakfast is served at the hotel and Dennys is next door with great service and good food! The airport is not far away. I will always stay here no matter what my trip needs are when I come to Philadelphia. The only problem is the internet not available and the hall need a fresh odor.
