everything! the location is great, just a walking distance to city center but you still can enjoy the stunning view from your room. the staff speaks English quite well. the service is top notch. the rooftop pool is amazing (very cold but its a cool spot). the breakfast buffet is great they have a lot of options.

the spa was definitely after a fogy day the right relaxing for us to calm down and regenerate. the personal was very friendly and looked all the time for a good service. there's a nice rooftop bar in addition. the location is also central. the room was very clean and the breakfast delicious the best thing for us were the beds, so smooth and confortable,we slept like babies.

The location is superb, you are within 5mins of the city centre and the lake. The view from the room is magnificent. You can sit and relax at the balcony and enjoy the wonderful views and atmosphere in Sapa. The staff is so friendly and caring. The breakfast is nice and they have tasty noodles soup. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially helping with our arrival early in the morning and our evening departure, even letting us come back after checking out to leave bags and use facilities like showering with fresh towel. Staying at Sapa Warm Hotel was one of the best decisions we made during our trip to Sapa. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the receptionist with genuine warmth and hospitality. They even offered us the option for an early check-in so we could rest and freshen up — a small additional fee that was absolutely worth it. Our room was exceptionally clean and well-prepared, complete with toiletries, fresh towels, and bottled water. We were also lucky to be given a room with a scenic balcony view — the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while taking in the peaceful surroundings. Breakfast was included and gave us a hearty start to our day. If I may suggest, adding a rice option to the breakfast menu would be perfect, especially for Asian travelers like myself who are used to having rice in the morning. We also requested a late check-out since our bus back to Hanoi was scheduled for 10 p.m., and the staff kindly accommodated our request. They even replaced our towels that same day — a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. While the hotel is situated a bit away from the town center, this turned out to be ideal for those seeking peace and quiet at night, away from the noise of busy streets. And if you do want to explore the town in the evening, it’s just a comfortable 10–15-minute walk.
