We really enjoyed this hotel. It started with allowing us an early check in …we really appreciated it after not getting any sleep on a night bus. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the mountains. The breakfast was amazing with so many choices. I loved the rooftop pool! The staff were always helpful and organised my ticket to get the cable car up to the top of Fansipan and explained how to get there. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A very lovely place to stay above the city but a close enough walk down some steps to the centre. The staff were so nice, the breakfast was great and the laundry service made our clothes smell amazing! The room was a good size, very clean with an amazing view! Would highly recommend :)

the staff were very helpful, Mr. Viet let me check-in earlier than the standard time because i've arrive earlier than expected. The location is alaso good, only 5mins going to the sapa center.
