Everything was splendid. The staff was very friendly and always helping us booking trips, private cars or taxis on a very reasonable price. The restaurant was a good option for dinner, with a lot of options and varieties and what we liked most it was that it was not overpriced in comparison with other restaurants. The location is perfect to visit every must see attraction in the area and the grounds were splendid. Even the massage options were at a really good price. I cannot find any faults for this cute boutique hotel.

Omg where do I begin? The place is a eco friendly establishment in a very quiet area in Trang An. The staff is extremely friendly and will help you with booking buses and recommending where to visit during your stay. We also got 2 body massages and they were the best I’ve had in Vietnam! The food at the restaurant was so so good! Glad we stayed with them!

We were treated very well. We arrived early and I was feeling sick, they served us breakfast and gave us a room to rest while ours was getting ready. It is very close to the village, the room is comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is incredible.

Our stay was truly amazing. Not only the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, but the whole road and surrounding area was mesmerising. The staff we met was so kind, respectful and available. They made our stay so much nicer and lightweighted. We highly recommend and would love to come back again! It would have been perfect if the shower was a cabin shower instead of an open one (when we showered, the whole bathroom got wet, that's the only unfortunate thing). Other than that, fantastic stay!

It's a beautiful, fabulous place, wonderful view from the terrace right by the water (I booked a honeymoon hat). You feel there like in a fairy tale, peace, quiet, you become part of nature, wildlife. A bit far from the main tourist places, from the town, so it's good if you rent a bike or scooter there. This place is run by people who love animals, you will find there several happy and well-groomed dogs, puppies and cute cats. It's a place worth remembering and memories.Highly recommend !!

Surrounded by pristine nature, this is the perfect place for relaxing and that too not far from the city center. Staff are exceptional in their hospitality. Are courteous and super helpful. Gave me a very early check-in at 8am as luckily the room was available, prepared early breakfast as I was checking out before 7am and to top it all went above and beyond to help me catch my transport as there was some road closure in the town area. Overall would highly recommend this place.

It’s beautifully located, the area is perfect to explore on a bicycle. Plenty of small restaurants nearby. Homestay also has a restaurant and the food is really good! Breakfast is included and it is a good one! We used their pick up service from Hanoi and I can sincerely recommend it - driver was very nice and car was big and comfortable. Ah and in the mornings you can spot kingfishers :)

I was looking for a beautiful chill place near Ba Dinh Pagoda and I found everything I wanted: a quiet spacious room, a nice swimming pool, a great restaurant and free bikes. The staff was exceptional, thoughtful, and very helpful. I spent only two days there, but it felt like a full scale holiday.

Really good place to go if you want to see natural beaty, cool caves, really beautiful trekks, love boating and ancient temples. i could easily have stayed for more that 3 days but my time there was short.

As far as I can make out, this town is a suburb/area of Ninh Binh, less than a mile from the train station. It is probably the friendliest place I've ever been - I think I was "helloed" by just about everyone under 10 I saw. But the highlights are really in the surrounding countryside, so I would recommend planning for a few days out to see the nature reserves and participate in the activities. You don't need to travel far, and can get Grab taxis or bikes if you don't have your own transport.

We spent two days in Ninh Binh and could have easily spent a...

We spent two days in Ninh Binh and could have easily spent a day or two longer. It's a very laid back area and there is lots to see. We stayed between Trang An and Tam Coc and used bicycles to get around. The quieter location suited us but for younger travellers Tam Coc is more vibrant. The walk to the top of Hang Mua viewpoint is best done in the early morning (we went before breakfast) so it isn't too crowded and not too hot. There were mountain goats roaming around when we walked up (around 7.00am) but they'd gone by the time we descended and more people were arriving. We didn't take the boat ride in Tam Coc but we took a boat ride in Trang An. The scenery seems more mountainous around Trang An than Tam Coc. On the day we went the water was high so we couldn't go into the caves and there was only one route open, which seemed to be a mix of the other routes. The boat trip lasted around 2.5 hours and was excellent. We also visited the old town at night, which was nice. It's all lit up and there are some good places to eat on the waterfront. Bich Dong temple is also worth visiting. There is a staircase leading up to a smaller shrine and to the left of that there is a passage through a bat cave and up to another small shrine outdoors.

I had a wonderful experience at Lighthouse Hotel in Ninh Binh. The hotel is located in a convenient location, near markets and attractions, making transportation easy. Rooms are clean, comfortable and fully equipped with amenities. In particular, the receptionist is very friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to assist customers. The hotel also provides a private cooking area and dining table for guests, creating a feeling of home. The yard is spacious and airy, providing a relaxing space after days of exploration. I will definitely return to Lighthouse Hotel on my next trips to Ninh Binh.

The view is stunning.

The view is stunning. I was shocked of how beautiful and cleaned this city is. You can enjoy cycling around the city under the quiet, historic and cultural atmosphere. At the famous landmarks, there was no scam or shoving, hustling, jostling. The goat meat in Ninh Binh is so delicious
