Staff showed so much genuine care, and the place is a dream thanks to its huge and opulent garden nestled on the mountain slope. My villa provided a lot of privacy and boasted a huge marble bathroom with XXL walk-in shower and very tasteful furnishings. The pool is gorgeous and thanks to its considerable depth and length great for swimming; there is also a huge and beautiful terrace with seating and a great view further up. I really liked the food at the restaurant offered for lunch and dinner (with great views from the terrace), and the espresso based coffee is excellent, they clearly take pride in selecting high quality beans (available also for breakfast but charged separately). I also had a full body massage that was professional, quite relaxing (oil based) and incredible value for money. The location offers great views and the bat cave, a local attraction, is a pleasant one hour walk through dramatic landscapes (use a hiking app such as Komoot as Google Maps will send you on a 30 minute detour along a major road not quite as nice for walking).Guest review byTobiasGermany

We felt so privileged to be there. My wife's birthday happened to coincide with our stay, and Puluong Home staff went out of the way to get her a full cake, put it in our room together with sparklers, party hats and all. The sunrise and sunset from our balcony and the pool is magical. The mountains go misty in the morning and the valley bursts into a scene of golden during dusk. You wont get these views anywhere else in Vietnam. Puluong Home has the BEST views of this valley. If you want to slow down and have a chill time, please come to Puluong Home. This is a popular region with plenty of Homestays and Resorts. But not many Westerners, Hire a motorcycle and Explore the region, there is a couple good half day rides that are just quiet backroads with little villages, cafes for food & coffee. Pu Luong is gorgeous and the people there are extremely friendly. Because it's newly open to tourism, it's quite peaceful, but it does mean there are fewer options (for example, no real affordable food choices). However, the quiet was just what we were looking for, and we both thought the area was one of the most beautiful places we'd ever seen.
