Before we went to the property, I called them and I talked to a lady, informing that we have a “tea cup size dog”. And when we arrived at the property, they moved us in a smaller (to which we did not booked) and they charged us for a R100 for bringing a pet. But, as I checked their account, “you can bring pet with no extra charge”. They giving a misleading information. And the old man is very rude to my husband, the moment he saw my husband carrying our dog he says with a rude approach “so what you gonna do now, we do not allow pet! I can’t think of anything bad to say about the lazy lizard. The staff are nice, friendly and go out of their way to help. The perfect place to stay if you are going to watch live rugby or cricket. It's a friendly city no wonder is a City of Roses. Great night life, sports facilities and accommodation.
