The location in Betty's Bay is good, quite near to the penguins. It has a pool. Helene is a very nice person and cares about the guests. The design of the house is nice and modern. Wifi is very good. Breakfast is prepared by Helene directly.

I stayed at Villa Marine Guest House for a short 3-night stay and from day one, it was a fantastic experience. The Blue Mountain Shuttle they recommended made our transportation hassle-free. The room was spacious, beautifully modern, and impeccably clean. The real highlight was the breathtaking sea view from the large windows and the spacious balcony with a jacuzzi that we could use at any time. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The only downside was the distance to the nearest restaurant, about 2 kilometers away, but the guesthouse offered delicious soup and thoughtfully crafted platters with biltong, various cheeses, vegetables, and fruits if needed. Overall, a wonderful experience.
