Its a lovely guesthouse and well located right infront a beautiful beach, where you can take a nice Morning swim. The breakfast was very nice & the Roibos tea fantastic! Furthermore the employees are all very kind, helpful and doing an amazing job! They have done a great job of restoring the property in an old/new Cape style - just what we wanted. Everything works. The breakfasts were good and "hand cooked", plus fresh ground coffee. You can also store your own food/drink in their fridge if needed. The parking in the grounds is good. The location is perfect for penguins at Boulders and there is a swimmable public beach 200m away. It is a great base for the area, and there is a lovely garden & patio with chairs to relax in if needed. The friendliness and helpful local knowledge of the hosts was wonderful, from start to finish. There is a small swimming pool on the property but we did not use it as the beach was close by.
