Located within an 2 km of the Victoria Falls, Ilala Lodge Hotel is a family-run hotel set in expansive gardens. The closets location to Waterfall. The hotel is great!!!! I liked everything in this hotel and highly recommend to everyone.

Masawara is calm and tranquil, the staff warm and extremely helpful. We loved the courtesy pick up and drop off at the airport too! Our room was beautifully set up and there was good space - lots of cupboard space and large bathroom.

Spacious, comfy room with aircon. Beatiful garden inside the complex with rooms overlooking it. Fantastic, most helpfil staff - all of them - janitors, waiters, receptionist, forgive me for not listing every staff member. Great food in restaurant for reasonable price, huge choice for breakfast. The pool with jacuzzi. Quiet location but not far from centre (20 minutes walk).

This hotel is beautiful and quiet. All the rooms face a garden courtyard area in the center. The rooms were comfortable and large. We absolutely loved the staff! They were always friendly and helpful. When our flight was moved, we almost had to cancel a helicopter ride. But the staff helped us work with the helicopter company and rearrange things so we could still go. We ate in the restaurant each evening. The food was really good and… Once again… The staff were there to chat and laugh with.

Elegant lodge, with air-conditioned generous rooms Staff very attentive and adaptable, ensuring vegan as well as vegetarian options. Amazing breakfasts, served in poolside dining toom overlooking the garden.. extended,access to coffee,and tea. Access to a wide-screen TV for sports viewing if wanted (we didn't) Staff happy to arrange activities, taxis, and advise about alternative dinner options when their kitchen closed for the evening to allow their staff to celebrate Christmas evening with their families. We will happily return.
