The booking process was seamless. Communicated with Sonny before my arrival. Got to Hornbill and it was just as advertised. Sonny and her team were excellent from the warm welcome to my exit. My chalet was cleaned daily, had my laundry done. Each meal was lovely. Dinner is family style and changes daily.. Even desert! My favoutite desert was the baked apple and home made ice cream.. To die for! I love fish and Sonny was kind enough to have me have fish for my last meal even though it wasnt the evenings meal. She is very hands on and her team friendly. Nothing I would change or recommend. Enjoyed activities in the area. I highly recommend this place and look forward to retunring in the new year.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly also tailoring a meal to my vegan requirements. The surrounding area is beautiful, an elephant passed nearby in the morning and the nature walk provided by the lodge was excellent; true to the name, there were several hippos around.

Pool Spacious Staff very excellent and very helpful especially they buy we had in the evening until the morning and the. Cleaner who came who came in the morning. Excellent service
