ロケーションが良く、一階だった為、道路側にアクセス出来たので、歩いて海との行き来がしやすかったです。トロントセーリングクラブには徒歩3分です。すぐ隣はタイレストランでした。トロントの飲食店は沢山ありますが、ほとんどのお店が20時以降はテイクアウトしか対応していなかったので、テイクアウトをして部屋で良く食べました。
