Access to parking via entrance 6 Eastland was easy to locate with ample parking lots. Reception was welcoming & helpful. Spacious room and request of interconnecting room with view was granted. Clean & comfortable bed. In room service was great & breakfast was good and big portion. Bonus was the shampoo, conditioner & shower wash. And the Go Green effort to reward customer with daily credit for skipping housekeeping.

The staff were very friendly with very good customer service. Rooms were cleaned and serviced weekly. The tv had a good selection of channels. Quiet neighbourhood, felt very safe.
