The experience was amazing. Breakfasts and dinners are very tasty and good looking, the variety of food is great. The location of the hotel is very convenient, it is very close to lift station. And they provide a shuttle bus as well. Location, spa zones, good food. The lobby zone with real fireplace was very cozy

We absolutely loved everything. The room had a view of the mountains and was very comfortable. The spa was fantastic! We also booked massages which were amazing. The breakfast was good and all staff were very friendly. The shuttle took us into town but it wasn’t too far to walk when the shuttle wasn’t running.

Very nice hotel located in the beautiful place! Outstanding spa atmosphere, super Balkan kitchen and very rich breakfasts in the morning. Very nice personnel, looks like from different Asian countries. We were 5 and stayed in the independent villa. In general, great combination pricing and quality!
