Within walking distance of the shopping mall and has a bus stop right outside which takes you directly into Ottawa centre. The room was ok, quite small but had the basics and a fridge too which was handy. Provide garden chairs outside your room which was lovely to be able to sit with the weather being so nice. My boyfriend is in a wheelchair and needed a few extra supports while we stayed there. We never had any issues asking for extra amenities. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were all extremely helpful. The location was also great as we were just minutes from Ottawa by car.
