We really enjoy our stay... Rooms are great, big, clean, comfortable and have all that you may need: TV, coffee machine, mini-fridge, iron, hairdryer. It has a underground parking lot and there is plenty of space in the one outside Breakfast was included and it was great too. The best thing is the staff who work there.

Great location for walking the trail to the Reversing Falls. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and fun.

Location was perfect! The Staff, Daniel, Tara exceptional! Everyone else was also very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. They are pet friendly including our kitty. Many places are labeled "pet friendly" but they usually are dog friendly, but not cat friendly. LOVED this place! Also, parking is secure. We were concerned because we had our e-bikes and cargo carrier. Daniel took great care of us and parked us in a safe location

The staff were fantastic at the desk when checking in. Very helpful and friendly. The location is a perfect so you don't need to drive anywhere into the city. You can walk completely underground to get closer to your location or you can just walk into the area you want on a nice day. The "York" bar and restaurant inside the hotel is nice if you don't want to venture out. Breakfast was great, it's a buffet and the food was hot and fresh. Quite a bit to choose from....like smoothies, yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, some pastries, and the normal bacon, eggs, sausages and pancakes. Can't complain when everything you need for a nights stay is right at your fingertips.

Dorina and Sebastian were amazing hosts. I stayed for 5 nights and had such a great time. The location is so close to everything you would want to visit in Saint John. They went out of their way to make sure I saw as much as possible in the area despite not travelling with a car. They also put me in a bigger room with a kitchen so I could eat in most nights. The breakfasts Dorina makes for all the guests are delicious and super fresh. I also made use of the great nearby laundromat during on my first day. Best stay I have had in Canada so far.
