Central location. Beautiful building. Cheap compared to other hotels in Bern. Good facilities and very clean and included breakfast. Proprietor was really accommodating and let me store my baggage for the day and gave me a spare key to retrieve it.

great location, real buzz about the area. got a travel pass included with our stay. Very central, good transport system. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating during my stay. They went above and beyond to assist me with a booking issue, and I really appreciated their understanding and professionalism. Highly recommend for their excellent customer service.”

Clean, quiet, onsite restaurant with tasty food (and amazing gelato!). Varied and filling breakfast. Fantastic, friendly staff. You also get a free travel card which takes you into Bern centre, which is 16 minutes on the bus. We stayed in the new block which has great air conditioning. Also, they have a variety of pillows for you to choose from, which was a nice touch. Overall an extremely relaxing hotel which made our holiday perfect. Very sad to leave, but can’t wait to return next year!

The location is close to the train station. The hotel is also close to the (Zytglogge clock tower) and the Old town - probably around 7-10 mins walk. The room is clean and well lit. The breakfast is really good. All the of the staff are so nice and very accommodating. Ivan is really a nice guy. He will help you with all your needs.

Exceptionally good hotel with the best location you can ask for. On-site facilities were great with a restaurant and bar, and lounging area outside. Rooms beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and good noise insulation which is importing for a large and lively hotel. Parking on site is expensive but worth the convenience, with concierge service upon arrival. Location can't be beat. 2 minutes walk from the old city across one of the most beautiful bridges. Close to restaurants from all directions. Just lovely.
