Everything about my stay at this hotel was wonderful! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The view from the room was spectacular! Mountain views galore! The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat! So many healthy choices! Eggs available any style as well as various fruit and cereal choices! Fresh bread, juices and homemade yogurt! The view from the breakfast area was impressively beautiful! Mountains, forest and sunshine! The perfect combination! There were some wonderful hikes and a lake to swim in just up the road from the hotel as well!

Highly recommended hotel with excellent location and service. With magnificent views of the open, every staff member is very welcoming, there is a shuttle to the town at any time, and there is also a transfer service. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Switzerland. Look forward to coming back next time it snows

The food was really good, both in respect of amount and quality. Rooms were to a high standard in Scandi chic style. Location is perfect: 5 min walk to the ski lift and also a short walk into town.

But what truly elevated the experience was the staff. Their helpfulness and warmth were overwhelming. We really love this hotel have just stayed a second time. Compared to other places in Crans Montana, the rooms are very large and the price prices not too high. The View across the Rhone valley is spectacular and on a good day you can see the Matterhorn- I think every room has a view. The sauna steam room and cold plunge pool are all very clean and function perfectly. Both times we stayed here our room had a fully functioning kitchen that you really could cook a meal in if you wanted to. The breakfast was extensive and fresh. The staff were friendly and efficient - we were given a free room upgrade which I really appreciate.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was in a great location. The restaurant and bar were vibrant . The rooms were spacious and had lots of storage and hooks for ski gear. Beds and pillows very comfortable.

Lovely well appointed hotel with a great restaurant to eat with a view of the Mountains. Bedroom was small but had everything we needed, great quality to re fixtures and fittings. Staff were lovely.
