ArgentinaAmazing staff. Lucas and Eason were ultra helpful in helping us navigate the possible itineraries and (quite) complicated structure of Zhangjiajie NP, as well as taking us to the park entrance themselves. Very beautiful facilities and excellent restaurant, highly recommended!

United KingdomClose to many main attractions, yet on a main shopping street, so plenty of places to eat and drink after your exploration. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. They helped us organise our 4 days here and it was perfect. They helped us get entrance tickets to all the attractions at better rates and also planned routes for us on each day of our exploration in zhang jia jie national park. Couldn't have asked for more. They also upgraded us for free and gave us a free breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean and we got given clean towels everyday. Beds were comfortable and big, much needed after a long days hike and exploration.
Everything was perfect. Staying here really made it stress free in terms of planning and we could focus on just enjoying the hikes and exploring the area. We will be back!
