全てにおいて素晴らしいホテルでした。 まず、スタッフが皆様とてもプロフェッショナルで、到着時から暖かく迎えてくれます。 本来のチェックイン時間より3時間早く着いたのですが、部屋の状況を確認してくださり、直ぐに部屋に入ることが出来ました。部屋は、アレナル山を一望できる最高のロケーションで、アメニティも充実していました。 フロントスタッフは、ツアーにも親身に相談に乗ってくれ、お勧めしてくれた近くの温泉施設(Baldi)とコーヒー&チョコレートツアーはとっても楽しかったです。タバコン温泉の予約が取れずに落ち込んでいたのですが、Baldiには温泉が25種類あり、世界で1番大きい温泉施設のようで、楽しく過ごせました。 最後にレストランスタッフはとても親切で、料理のサーブだけでなく、アレナル山に関する知識を教えてくれました。もちろん、朝食・ランチ・ディナーいずれも美味しかったです。 初めてのコスタリカ旅行でしたが、こちらのホテルでの滞在のおかげで最高な旅でした。
