Staff were exceptional professionals and friendly. Especially Ms. Magda is in the reception, who has a lot of patience for our group and Ms. Galina in breakfasts. Rooms were bigger, with balcony views on the sea and cleaned every day. The swimming pool and jacuzzi inside the hotel have around 30 degrees in the temperature, and saunas were very hot. The gym is very well equipped. The hotel has a few outside swimming pools and children area. Get access to the seaside.

Extremely friendly staff, Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely clean apartment with a balcony, comfortable beds and air conditioning. We were able to check in early which was really helpful and once we had checked out, we were still able to use the facilities (e.g the pool) throughout the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location is very good, as only 5 minutes to walk to the beach front and you are immediately in the cetrum.Very good windows/balcony isolation, no noise to hear from outside. Aircon worked properly in the summer heat. Electric cattle and water in the room is a nice touch. The breakfast on the 4 floor with the view on the sea side was fabulous every morning. Good selection of food and the fresh orange juice was a delight. Housekeeping was very good. The hotel is environmentally friendly trough the bath necessities in bulk and the room digital communication. Reception is 24/7 and we felt very secure. They on our request prepared breakfast package in the morning due to the early flight as well order a taxi for us. Everything was excellent.
