Staff was very attentive and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Good size room with lots of wardrobe space. Lots of things to explore in the surrounding countryside.

A very nice welcome from the owner who checked us in and showed us to our room, where to park etc. We had a junior suite which is bigger than other rooms and the bathroom is also a good size - plenty of storage, well lit. Very good shower. Excellent window shutters on bedroom windows so early sunrise didn't disturb us. Good buffet breakfast, plenty of choice and variety. Freshly cooked eggs are available, (toast and) marmalade for English guests along with the usual cheese, meat, fruit, yogurt and more. Nice coffee. Private parking and a rear pedestrian gate for a shortcut into town - about 7 minutes to the end of the main shopping street, park etc. A supermarket is also nearby, 2 or 3 minutes walk. The trip started well even before we left. Communication was excellent, and I was even offered an update with a change of room in the partner hotel on the other side of the town square. When we arrived check in was very easy and quick. We were able to park our motorcycle in a secure area which was very welcome. Breakfast was of a similar high quality with a selection of cereals, various types of bread rolls and bread. Hams, cheeses, jams, and yoghurt, as well as different choices of teas and coffees. Everything was served by staff who, at gave the impression, that they were pleased to be there. For those who like to have an evening meal, dinner is also available. Tasted excellent. If it was possible to give a higher rating than excellent, I would have given it!
