Very friendly staff. There is free parking-lot. The room was very clean and quite big. There was breakfast (even for vegan). Really excellent place, would go to there again.

Room was very nice, but USB sockets are needed. English language TV channels would be nice, but the hotel is in Germany and German is the native language. Bed was comfortable but needs a double duvet instead of 2 singles. Bathroom very nice, well laid out..

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and warm. The hotel is close to the castle, so location wise is great. The staff was very helpful. They even broad me an iron board to my room to iron my clothes. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. My husband was allowed to work at the hotel lobby and we were also prepared a table to eat our ordered pizza for lunch.

Location & service were great - we had arrived late at night but everything was ready. The room was spacious and we felt comfortable as a family of 4 people. Breakfast is great - exactly what you need.

We had a big room and everything was sweet and clean. We had acces to sauna and swimming pool that is excellent. Breakfast was excellent, i totally recommend this hotel. I would like to come back.

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are huge and well appointed, there is a fridge in the room too. All the staff are so helpful. Fantastic location in centre of Fulda which is a beautiful city.
