What we liked the most about was the kindness of the people who worked there. They were always so polite, especially the lady serving the breakfast. It was my husband’s birthday, they noticed it and reserved a table for us, lighted a candle and gave us a sparkling wine.

Owner was very nice person, offering best sendwich upon our arrival. The room was decorated im very nice Alpine stile, very confortable. Our motorbike was allowed to park in Owner private garden.

Me and my wife traveled with a baby boy 1 year and 10 months old , The hotel exceeded our expectation , For the first time I felt as I owe to them, Staff is very responsive and helpful , I would like specially to thank, Mr Bozilov and Svetlana from reception . We were with breakfast, lunch and dinner . Quality of food is excellent , very delicious , Service in restaurant exceeded my expectation . Location is very quiet , it makes stay relaxing And joyful . Outdoor and indoor space are enough to Serve all needs for all Ages ! We made friends with family from Dortmund , they told me , They like it so much , That they will make this hotel Their annual holiday . So summary we highly recommend this hotel !!! Room was immaculate & clean with thoughtful touches. It had a quiet facing with beautiful mountain view. Hospitality was great and checking in & out was a breeze. The host was very professional & friendly, we felt very welcomed. Location is excellent; Zugspitze station, town centre, supermarkets & eateries all within very short walking distance. Wide variety at breakfast. It was a most enjoyable and pleasant stay. Would definitely choose to stay here again.
