It seems to be family run and a lot of care is taken. The welcome I received was amazing. I booked a single room, which was compact but modern, clean and very comfortable and with views into the cathedral. I made a special request as I'm allergic to feathers and this was noted and catered for, for which I'm grateful. Breakfast was great - I love a good German breakfast and there is a restful breakfast room (+ outdoor area for warmer weather) where I spent a while eating more than I should, drinking coffee and catching up on the news in my iPad. Stepping out of the hotel, you're two seconds from the Dom and pretty much on the Prinzipalmarkt, so the location could hardly be better.

Wonderful breakfast, large room and bathroom, with good storage space. Internet was good even on 3rd floor. The location great with several Option for public Transport in walking distance. However, housed parking was very much aporeciated by colleagues travelling by car . The stuff in the restaurant / breakfast room as well as in the reception totally helpful and kind, always available... and very understanding and kind when I asked for a 15-30 min delayed check-out (strike of public transport and would not make it back from my meeting to hotel on time). Thank you! I also find it nice that they offer either every day or only on-demand room cleaning for environmental and energy-saving reasons.

Beautiful hotel with very generous sized rooms. We only stayed one night but the room service was fantastic, the staff friendly, and the location great.
