Amazing ! Everything was perfect, from the recovery at the airport, to the end of our trip. All excursions were organised by the concierge, Ahmed Hassan, who is absolutely offering a very high level of service. Thanks to his implication and coordination, our stay was fantastic and my wife has enjoyed a perfect surprise birthday. Congratulations to him and to the whole staff ( restaurants and spa ) for making an incredible guest experience. We will come back !!

The hotel is stunningly amazing, the breakfast were of best quality, the room was so lovely and they kindly upgraded us to a lovelier room as we were groom and bride. Room service was excellent, staff and concierge were very helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone around the world that the Sonesta hotel is ONE of the best hotels in Cairo. We stayed 3 weeks for our program, wedding and honeymoon. Any issues the staff would help you straight away. :)

    Upgraded grandparents room to a suite was a lovely surprise. Helpful staff with good recommendations for tours and assisted with bookings. Security service to the Pyramids and Bazaar was an additional touch to reflect hotel teams care.

    The hotel is amazing, the space, the rooms, the walking track. I had a great stay. My room was super spacious (I upgraded for a fee because I wanted an early check in). The restaurants offer great food choices, the rooms offer good privacy, the pool area is big and a lovely place to relax and the bar offers beautiful views of the golf course. If you're looking for a luxury stay in Cairo, this is it. I also requested a late check out and they accommodated me until 2pm.
