The hotel is centrally placed; in fact, it couldn't be more central. Very pleasant and helpful staff, and a comfortable room above one of the narrow streets on which the Bull Run takes place. Excellent breakfast, we really enjoyed our stay. The city of Pamplona is ideal for visiting the Bodega Otazu, a short drive from the city centre. I would like to return to visit both the city ad hotel on another occasion.

Brand new hotel, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff. If the hotel parking is full, you can park right in front of the hotel for a few euros. The neighborhood is very safe.

It was in the heart of the city and very clean, decorated nicely. I had emailed several questions in advance and received quick responses. It was great to have a large Carrefour grocery just across the street. Also, it is just a 10 minute walk from the Alsa /main bus station.
