Lovely location and set in beautiful grounds. Very nice hosts, we felt very welcomed. Lovely room with beautiful views of garden, very comfy bed. Wonderful breakfast. Hosts re-opened swimming pool for us even though we arrived after 6pm. Would definitely stay here again.

I struggle to find a single word: this XIX- early XX century bourjois house is a theatre (no joke, it has a small own theatre), art museum (all walls are covered by splendid oil paintings) and library so it has a wonderful private swimming pool. In short, this is a house of artist. And it is.

    It lovely and the whole building full of character, very clean staff so friendly and attentive. The breakfast is lovely. We even got upgraded to a junior suit as we have stayed before earlier in the year and would stay again. Love it

    We were upgraded to a bigger room. The main advantage this room had over the one we were expecting is that it had a comfortable sofa (sofa bed I think) that we could sit on to relax. We have stayed here a number of times, it is always quiet and comfortable and there are nice views of trees and the lake from the rooms. There is plenty of on site parking.
