Location (located literally in the hearth of the city), Christmas decorations (especially given the size of the hotel), special rooms next to parking lot (so that you could overlook/access your car from the room quickly), etc.

The White Swan is a lovely pub-with-rooms situated just outside Arundel within The South Downs National Park and convenient for both the coast, Goodwood and Chichester.

Extremely friendly staff, they welcomed me to a surprisingly big room. No problem walking into Arundel. I could leave my luggage to go for another great walk in the morning. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Quirky and in a carriage, unique experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was good. Mobile signal on O2 and Vodafone working even at 4G! and much much better than reviews suggest.
