This is my first choice to stay whenever I visit my nephew in Bristol: great rooms, excellent service , superb location, lovely ambiance and atmosphere, incredible views whether over the park or the cityscape. This time it snowed during the first night of my stay so I ended up getting tanning “before and after” photos of the lovely views from the room

Everything worked out perfectly. No complaints, just compliments. Amazing experience. The breakfast is a bit expensive, but definetely worth the price. Go for it!

We got the executive room with breakfast included as well as canapes and free drings at the executive lounge room. Breakfast was nice. Room was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely revisit.
