Spacious rooms, excellent public rooms. Lunch in the bar was excellent as was the included breakfast. All the staff we interacted with were chereful and helpful. Our 4th visit when in the area so despite the negatives we love this hotel.

Excellent location, great layout and style of the room. Great value for money! Best thing was the non carpeted floor, made the room feel clean and less stuffy. The kitchenette is well equipped and efficient. Hands down one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in UK.
