I liked everything about the Assembly House. We have been travelling around Europe for the past few weeks and this was the nicest place we’ve stayed. The attention to detail with the furnishings and the little extras in the room was exceptional. Bed was very comfortable and staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

Dinner was beautifully presented and full of colour and flavour. The french beans were perfectly cooked a la dente and evenly coloured green :-) Breakfast was amply proportioned, my eggs benedict were superb. Coffee and tea readily available as well as the orange juice. The whole was graciously served by well-mannered, attentive ladies.

Excellent room and absolutely spotless. High quality fittings in the bathroom and comfortable bed. Lots of space for clothing. The bar sells a good selection of beers and wines and whilst having no evening restaurant there is a good selection of bar bites for the evening snack. I recommend the baked camembert with bread, olives, Parma ham and salami with rocket salad and sun dried tomatoes. Very convenient for the city centre either walking, bus or taxi. Reception very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Good breakfast with made to order quasants.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially during dinner on Sunday evening and breakfast on Monday morning, which made the stay even better! The rooms were cozy and spacious, with beautifully designed bathrooms. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I will always stay here whenever I’m in Norwich!

Lovely countryside location. Very peaceful. Staff terrific, especially Hayley who looked after us when we had missed break-fast & provided cereal & toast, all with a big smile! Dinner staff were lovely too. Food was excellent. Pleasant decor. Close to a Park & Ride site so able to spend a day in Norwich. (Free car parking, 3 pound fare on bus.)

    This is our 3rd stay in this lovely hotel, we came for our anniversary bit of relaxation and shopping in the city, great location, peaceful.love the hotel, On the plus side we complained about our room nothing wrong with the room its self it was just where it was located outside a nosey fan, and the young girl at reception, upgraded our room to a suite witch we didn't expect till we opened the door and we where so pleased, we thanked her but didn't get her name, but thank you again. Till next time always a pleasure

    I was very happy with my stay here. The room was lovely, comfortable and very clean as was the bathroom. The location was very quiet and the views pretty. The spa was an added bonus for me, I spent a very relaxing 90 mins swimming, steaming,having a cold shower post sauna and bubbling in the jacuzzi. It was very clean and spacious and a relaxing way to spend the evening.
