We got an early check in. The receptionist in the Mansion House (Cecile/Cecilia) was very friendly and welcoming. The building and grounds were immaculate. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and they decorated the room and left us surprises which was lovely.

very nice staff, very responsive and responsible (e.g. the table light did not work and called we called for repairing. the staff reached us at the restaurant to tell us it was fixed ). very delicious dinner which is inclusive in the room price

Our room was upgraded to a beautiful and spacious suite. It was very comfortable. We had arrived from overseas so it was nice to have a soak and a nap followed by a delicious dinner. The next morning we enjoyed the amazing breakfast and the staff was accommodating and friendly. They helped us across the street with our bags to the train station—right up to the platform!
