Fabulous hotel "on the rocks" above Portpatrick with great views over the town. Comfy beds, functioning heating and fast Wifi, parking, very friendly and accomodating staff and great breakfast with a buffet of yoghurt, cereals, müesli, etc. You can't go wrong here. Highly recommended!

    Fiona is lovely and Thornbank House is a beautiful house with great views. This was a relaxing break which was what we were after. Everything was as expected and the breakfast was first class. What a difference to be served a fresh cooked breakfast. Only a short distance away from the town centre which meant we could ditch the car and just walk
