Such amazing staff ,location tidy clean just an amazing stay,my partner left her boots they're posting them on to her ,just such a great hotel . We couldn't get food in the town in the evening and hotel restaurant was fully booked but them feed us in the bar area which was most kind

The location was great, it's not that far from the centre and Ilfracombe is a nice city to visit. We really enjoyed the hotel and the room, everything was clean and practical for a family of 4. Margaret and Nick are great host, they did an amazing breakfast. We requested a cot which was there when we arrived, parking was free, the B&B is nicely decorated.

Beautiful views from the room. Lovely cooked breakfast and coffee. Comfortable and clean room with blackout curtains, also very quiet at night, so we had a good night sleep. The bathroom was spot on clean!

very neat room with a comfortable room, excellent rainshower and beautiful new Portugese tiles in the bathroom. The owner is very kind and friendly and breakfast (we had poached egg and avocado on toast) was delicious. Whenever we’ll be around again, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Very clean, nicely painted comfortable bed. Was on the top floor with no lift but wasn't a problem for us.
