My husband and I can’t say enough about hotel New Star. The owners David and Diana were the nicest people and took great care of us. Diana bakes these amazing Georgian breads and pastries and was always offering us some or a coffee/tea. They would ask our plans for the day and recommend things for us to see in the area. We even sat and talked with them and their friends for hours one night. The property was located right next to Rabati castle, so very conveniently located. The room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

The comfort you would expect from a good hotel, with the warm vibe of a guesthouse. Rooms are all new and have been designed very well with plenty of space. Really recommend, we could have not chosen a better place.

The location is great, basicallly inside the castle. The facilities are great. The team is incredibly supportive and Georgi was an amazing concierge! The best Georgian hospitality!
