Fab location.. Very Peaceful. Studio with a neat kitchenette and attached bathroom. Grimi has his own wine cellar with home made chacha and wine. We got a taster of both and a small bottle of wine Walkable distance from everything in Borjomi. We walked to the national park (1.5km), bus station 500m, train station 500m which is very close to the historical Park, Rico credit currency exchange.

The staff here are really friendly, especially the man that helped us with our luggage. The spa facilities are absolutely lovely and we enjoyed the treatments we had there. The breakfast buffet was really well stocked and I appreciated the European pastries!

Everything was wonderful, and I especially want to highlight the delicious and varied breakfast. I would also like to express my gratitude for the excellent service—when we requested additional hangers and a blanket, they were promptly provided, which was very much appreciated. The hotel has a convenient location, with a large area in a forest near the river. Parking is free. However, there are a few aspects that could be improved. The carpet in the room was dirty, which slightly affected the overall impression. Upon check-in, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, as if someone had recently been smoking, though it disappeared after airing out. Additionally, there was a depression in the middle of the shower cabin floor, which could be a safety hazard if someone slips. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you once again for your hospitality!

Omg don't know where to start! First location:2 min walk to supermarket, bank, shops and footbridge and fortress trail. 15 min max to busstation. Stars above the garden and sounds of birds and absolutely nothing else! I couldn't believe my room, mosquito protection for the window, two beds (one a it hammock so I slept in the other.,table,chairs,hooks,big mirror. I got my own bathroom! As clean as they get!! Same for the kitchen that has everything you need. Beso and Nana and alpha the dog are simply the best! They make there own matsoni and wine and love to let you tast! I could have stayed the rest of the trip, but alas I needed to explore the rest of Georgia! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE BEAUTIFUL TALKS AND TIMES!
