We loved the renovation of this original mansion in Hydra. Our room was very nice with lovely views of the village. Our stay was made even more comfortable and enjoyable by Nefele on front desk who was really personable and professional. Nefele made us feel special. Overall a great stay in Hydra and highly recommend.

Perfect location, delightful room, quiet and tranquil, but only 8 minutes walk from Hydra Port. Masses of good restaurants in Hydra. There are also many excellent restaurants, beautiful coves, bars and beaches 10-15 minutes walk from the town. Evita is a wonderful host, very keen to help with everything from restaurant and beach recommendations to arranging luggage transport to and from Hydra port. The rooms are immaculately clean and well equipped (fridge, induction hob, glasses, plates, Nespresso coffee machine, cutlery and even a corkscrew! Evita and Maria’s care and attention to detail make the Athina Guesthouse a very special place. Fresh towels every day, new tea, coffee and breakfast supplies. Five stars +! We got back to Athens today, and we’re already planning our next stay at the Athina. It’s a lovely, lovely place.

Everything. It’s charming, spotlessly clean, well located and our hosts were just delightful! Helpful in giving us tips on where to go, accessible and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved our stay.

With respect to the local architecture, the stone-built Nereids Guesthouse enjoys views of the Saronic Gulf and Hydra Town from its furnished terraces.

Perfect view from the room- it was nice to have outside table and chairs in front of room. The staff was really helpful.
